2. Hunter Valley, New South Wales
How to get there: Drive from Sydney. Travel duration may vary depending on the road condition. You can get here in around 2 hours but best to save at least a 3-hour drive time.

What to see: Stretching 664km, the Great Ocean Road is dubbed as one of the world’s most scenic drives. Stop by the Twelve Apostles, the famous rock formations that stand tall on the ocean as strong waves pound them. After basking in the view of the blue ocean, switch your backdrop to glorious greens. Experience either of the nature walks along the area, such as the Otway Fly Treetop Walk. Soar through the lush rainforest with your loved one. Otway offers an exquisite natural scenery, with ferns, falls, and dramatic beach settings. Try the zipline tour as well for a quick adrenaline ride!
6. Alpine Way, New South Wales
How to get there: Start your trip from the capital of Australia, Canberra and get to Alpine Way in about 4 hours. After about an hour on the road, you’ll reach Cooma, the gateway of Snowy Mountains.
